Dr. Eric Goodman is a leading AI Business Architect and a global expert in intelligent organizational transformation. With over 25 years of experience in consulting, corporate innovation, and higher education leadership, he helps leaders rethink, reimagine, and reinvent their future through AI-enabled strategy and intelligent business architecture.

Eric spent nearly a decade in the higher-education C-suite, serving as Chief Academic Officer (CAO) and Vice President of Academic Affairs (VPAA), where he led academic strategy, accreditation, institutional transformation, faculty performance, and enterprise-scale innovation.

He also served for over a decade as a Business School Dean including serving as Dean (National Director) at Western Governors University, where he led one of the largest business schools in the country, serving more than 22,000 students.

DJ Atchison is a systems architect, agency founder, and organizational strategist with two decades of experience designing intelligent infrastructures for high-growth organizations. He has mentored more than 8,000 sales and leadership professionals and architected enterprise-grade CRM, LMS, and automation systems across numerous industries.

Unlike consultants who only offer theory, DJ is an active builder. As an owner of multiple agencies, he understands the pressure of payroll and performance. He specializes in "ecosystem diagnostics"—identifying exactly where a business is bleeding efficiency—and then engineering the solution, whether that’s a complex LMS environment or a custom AI application.
